1. General Policy: No Refunds or Cancellations

All fees paid for courses offered by Brain Manthan International are non-refundable and enrollment is non-cancellable. This policy is final and applies under all circumstances, including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.

• Failure to attend live sessions or access the course materials.

• Technical issues on the participant’s end (though we will provide reasonable technical support).

• Dissatisfaction with the course, as the nature, format, and outline of the course are communicated prior to purchase.

This policy is a standard term of service for the provision of our digital educational content, which is made available to you upon enrollment.

2. Course Transfer: Sole Discretion

On a case-by-case basis and subject to availability, Brain Manthan International may, at its sole discretion, consider a request to transfer a participant’s enrollment to a future batch of the same course or a different course of equivalent value.

• Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the management’s decision.

• Any approved transfer may involve an administrative fee.

3. Commitment to Service Delivery

Brain Manthan International is committed to delivering its courses as described in the course curriculum and promotional materials. We assure participants of the quality and nature of the services promised.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
